Student hostel

Accommodation is available for all students at the institute campus; Rooms are allocated to students on a first-come first-serve basis. Where cases of indiscipline occur, identified students are approached, counseled and guided. Where persistence occurs, students are suspended from hostel and can find accommodation off campus.

Medical services

Medical care is provided at the institute sick bay, by a full-time Nurse. Students requiring medical attention will report to the sick bay at any time. If treatment outside the Institute is necessary, students will be referred to a hospital which offers consultancy services e.g. Kagando Hospital, Bwera Hospital and Kilembe hospital. Students referred to hospitals for treatment must obtain a medical certificate from the hospital and present to the institute administration on return.

  • Institute Fees do not cover medical treatment provided outside the sick bay. Students are advised to take health insurance before or after arriving at the Institute. Any medical expenses incurred outside the institute sick bay shall be the responsibility of the parent/ guardian.
